Dear Goibibo team I was shared detail that I am not recieved refund of 4950 rs. As I have shared bank statement from 5 th April to 25 th April, & a mail from my axis bank. Every time u said a NEFT done on 6 th April but it is not credited.I am taking followup from 6th April 21 https://twitter.com/goibibo/status/1386590299003236352

If u are honest from your end please shared your bank statment from a period of 5 th to 25 th april , from wich NEFT is done to my account.

From consumer forum please look into the matter & provide a guide how to take refund from Goibibo. I have take regular followup with him and where'd detail by mail with valid proof but the did not give positive response
