Most people in the OTC know $wdlf but what they don’t understand is the valuation of the company and where the PPS should actually be around. The company valuation was 1.9 billion back in February per the CEO.
2-With the share price of $wdlf around.019 right now, that’s13.6X of what the price is now. In the beginning of April,Peak One Investment and LGH-a convertible debt funder, started illegally dumping shares to short the stock causing it to come down a lot. WDLF has amazing lawyers
3- and they’ve been keeping track of how $wdlf is traded everyday. They found out right away about the illegal shorting and put in 2 law suits, SO FAR. First law suit was to Peak One, 3 complaints in the same law suit looking for a minimum of 5 mil per each, totaling 15 mil
4- 2nd law suit from $wdlf was to LGH was for a minimum of 40 million.
5- it also states in that lawsuit that $wdlf is looking for 17.8 million in damages done from the illegal shorting. #142 Wdlf is asking for an additional 17.8 million or for them to return the stock
6- $wdlf Company wouldn’t be submitting these lawsuits if they didn’t think they couldn’t win. Hoping they all go through quickly. Seems like more law suits could be coming as well.
7- given all the number 15 mil, 40 mil and the 17.8 mil, seems like these might be the lowest they would take for a settlement in court. Ken has stated if the share price is right, he would consider a share buy back for $wdlf .
8- say 73 million awarded to $wdlf and Ken does a share buy back at the new share structure from the illegally added shares which is now 7.67 bil. If the company purchased shares with that money at .02 they could buy back around 3.65 billion shares bringing the OS to around
9- 4 billion shares. The new PPS for $wdlf would be around .475, that’s 25X of where we r,But Ken stated recently that the company is now worth more than the valuation in February after the added niches, auto, space.. He will be discussing the new valuation in the near future.
10- Ken will also be releasing something soon explaining how they come up with the valuation of $wdlf .. Everything I posted here is from files I got from @sociallifenetwk and also IMO. Our journey has just started and we’ll be going a lot higher!
