I'm back from Igbariam.
This ever-busy junction looks deserted as Students were seen vacating the environment.
We contacted an Okada rider who volunteered to take us to the place.

But he got to this place, found a passenger and turned back.
We moved on.
Apparently, Students are going home/relocating.

The area is mostly occupied by students.
They were afraid to talk to us.
We went to the scene of the carnage where humans were butchered like animals.
Their corpses have been taken away.
They were rope tied behind their back and their parts dismembered.

We met Shuaibu, who sells cows.
He speaks Igbo and Fulani fluently.
He narrated the ugly incident.
Shuaibu told me and @CjIfediora that they've been living peacefully that the storey building they live in, was given to them for free and they never had issues.

He said they invaded around 2 am-midnight, tied them with rope, butchered them, cut off their heads and body parts.
We asked him who they were he said he doesn't know where they came from.

We asked him, what language they spoke, he could not tell, then jumped into the vehicle that is conveying him to the abattoir.

They didn't shoot guns but Macheted the cows.
From our observation, there is an incursion that looks like revenge that needs to be thoroughly investigated by security agencies.

The pattern of killing is very disturbing and calls for serious investigation.
