Our people are suffering from mental illnesses as well. So mental illness all around is NO joking matter.

However, let me ask you all a role reversal question:

If the hotel employee was a Black male with mental issues and the customer was a white man, and the black male employee had a mental breakdown, would there be sympathy for the Black male employee?
