till towards the end. We were stunned when we realised she was videotaping us but we brushed it off and didn’t think too much about it. Many have texted us with concerns and some of my chinese friends were apologising on her behalf..

so just to be clear. My family and I are safe and we actually found this entire incident amusing! We had a good dinner topic to talk about! However we are saddened that she felt that way about us and we truly apologise if we made her feel uncomfortable.

we thank everyone who came and text hs with their concerns. We are fine and well and not hurt at all because we understand that she could’ve had a bad experience. To my non-malay friends, we still love ya’ll and there’s nothing to apologise for. Peace!
