I wonder if young foreign language speaking kids in Corporate American customer service departments have any sense of the massive generational and socioeconomic shift that is underway. If not, and I'm quite certain they are not, they're about to receive a lesson in experience.

*if they do not sense. They're unaware. Oblivious. Caught up in a highly complex generational tidal change. The water will be murky for quite some time.
