People often ask me what can be done to solve the problems in these high crime communities. The truth is that the problem is cultural and nothing will change as long as the culture doesn't change.

There has to be an internal paradigm shift. People have to really want change.
The best we can do is continue to speak out against it and encourage others to do the same, while promoting a healthy culture, i.e. valuing the nuclear family, education, respect, work ethic, personal responsibility, internal locus of control, things you hear me talk about often.
We shouldn't shy away from embracing these things as the keys to success and denouncing any culture that rejects them.

Unfortunately, much of our society prefers to coddle these people instead. Pretending like the cultural degeneracy is society's fault. That needs to stop.
Enough with the bigotry of low expectations. Enough with racial obsession and political correctness. Enough with the blaming everyone under the sun except for the person themselves

If children in these communities will embrace these ideals, it will change in a single generation
