Gamefreak really fuckin spoiled the shit out of us with Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, they kinda had to after the disaster that was Colosseum. In XD we got great Pokemon with AMAZING moveset & held items. Seriously! Here are some examples:

Snorlax had Fissure & Curse in it's moveset when you purified it and it came with a free leftovers
Marowak had Swords Dance right off the bat and held it's signature held item Thick Bone (easily had the strongest EQ in the whole meta)

Dragonite's moveset was Hyper Beam, Heal Bell, Dragon Dance, Earthquake
Salamence also came with a free Dragon Dance
The Larvitar you get in an in-game trade had Dragon Dance & Outrage TWO EGG MOVES!
Scyther had Morning Sun making him viable for Sun teams

Dodrio had Agility & Baton Pass, if he could survive a hit he could pass over a big speed boost to any other 'mon on your team
Weepinbell had Morning Sun and his ability is Chlorophyll so he could be a badass in the Sun, only Fire Types would've been able to KO it

Pineco had Counter asap so when you evolve it, it can be the slow physical tank you needed
Vulpix you could get early in the game and it had Heat Wave so you had a very powerful Fire Type move early on
Forgot to mention that SelfDestruct is a tutor move for Snorlax & Mewtwo

Mewtwo isn't obtainable in XD but you can trade one over from FRLG
There were other amazing tutor moves too.
