And as usual, here's my look at the most promising #UCLFantasy options ahead of the 1/2 finals!
Goalkeepers
There are only 4 starters left at this stage, with Chelsea's
Mendy being the cheapest one for €5.5m, so I would most likely just go with him.

Defenders
Chelsea defenders - Azpilicueta, Chilwell (€5.4m each) and Rüdiger (€4.9m) are all certain starters.
Varane €5.8m - The most secure Real defender once Ramos returns.
Nacho €5.0m - Also an option, but slightly at risk for future matches.#UCLFantasy
Dias €5.8m - The nailed on Man City starter. Cancelo (€6.1m) gets rotated regularly while Stones (€5.2m) & Walker (€5.9m) start most games as well.
Marquinhos (€6.0m) & Kimpembe (€5.4m) are the most secure PSG options.#UCLFantasy #FPLCommunity #FPL #UCL
Midfielders Vinicius & Asensio (€8.1m each) are the most exciting picks from Real, while 
Modric (8.0m) actually got some nice returns as well recently. Mount (€6.9m) is the stand out CHE pick atm, Jorginho (€6.2m) offers an even cheaper alternative.
Havertz (€8.9m) & 
Pulisic (€8.7m) are interesting punts, but quite pricey. Man City mids - de Bruyne (€11.4m) is the most expensive mid left in the game, but still a great pick. Foden (€7.3m) is in great form while Gündogan is even cheaper (€6.9m).#UCLFantasy
di Maria (€8.9m) is the most likely PSG pick to register an attacking return but they've all not done great this #UCLFantasy season. Forwards Benzema €11.4m - Real's main asset is going to be selected by many managers. Werner €10.6m - Scored for the 1st time...
... in a while on the weekend. Quite overpriced though. Giroud/Abraham haven't really featured since Tuchel took over, so aren't options.
Jesus €9.3m & Agüero €9.6m are uncertain starters as well, so it doesn't look to great upfront #UCLFantasy wise.

So luckily we have Mbappe €11.2m & Neymar €11.6m as well, who are going to be very popular options for sure.
