A breakdown of the adverse reactions to Moderna's vaccine has not been made available on the UK Government website; but there have been a total of 117 adverse reactions reported in 44 people from an undeclared number of injections.
In addition, there have been a total of 1,611 adverse reactions, including 12 deaths, in 516 people from being injected with unspecified brands of experimental COVID-19 vaccines.
As a measure of the MHRA's lack of transparency and honesty as a nominally public body, in response to an FOI request in February asking what percentage of adverse reactions to COVID vaccines it estimates are being recorded by them, MHRA refused to answer. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/729969/response/1751411/attach/2/FOI%2021%20196%20response.pdf?cookie_passthrough=1
This is not surprising because, although an agency of the Department of Health and Social Care, since 1989 the MHRA has been entirely funded by the pharmaceutical industry it regulates, which includes AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna.

When a Government agency refuses an FOI request made under an Act of Parliament on the grounds of commercial confidentiality, that agency is no longer a public body but an arm of the pharmaceutical industry for whose business it competes. Drug regulation in the UK is a racket.
