Over time there has been growing tension/dispute between the transport union of that branch (Iyana-Iba-Agbara) and the okada riders. Reason being the fees charged by the union on the operation of the riders.
...And today, hell broke lose, as fight ensured between the two parties. The cause of distress hasn't really been identified. But in speculation, it should be related to the charges.

For one, these people are distorting the safety of inhabitants of that axis.

...and it is painful as the union involved are a supposed extension of the government. Efforts by the police have been made to curtail the spread of this unrest, by the way.

Aren't Okada riders banned from operating in Lagos State?
Because of them, the junction that connects Igando road and badagry road together is always blocked. Traffic is the order of the day over there.Disregard for traffic laws isn't left out even.

In fact these people have made commuting to Mile 2, en route down to Orile difficult.
