I know Tariq is awful and not representative of anti racist activists at all but there should be more sympathy for autistic people. Especially as they are also often shot by police due to being seen as dangerous if they have a breakdown.

So many people in this thread trying to excuse the harassment by saying stuff like "well he shouldn't have been working there". As if autistic people are at fault for work environments they are often forced into not being suited for their needs.

He was there on the desk alone, there seems to have been an issue with the system and the customer was angry. This caused him to have a breakdown. This didn't need to happen at all, there could have been support in place.
