My brilliant, funny, powerhouse of friend Terry has died and it's completely heartbreaking and unfair so I wanted to do pretty much the only thing I know how to do, and write about him, so everyone else can know how special he was. https://www.edp24.co.uk/news/obituaries/tributes-paid-norfolk-mental-health-campaigner-terry-oshea-7923678
I've not included any personal reflections in this, but I can't overstate how much of a personal impact Terry had on my life and how at dark times a cup of coffee in the John Lewis cafe made things seem brighter. We met because of work, but he became a massive part of my life.
Some of my last messages from Terry make me sob because he always believed in me, even when I didn't. I can't describe how much of a hole he's left in so many people's lives.

Thank you so much to his wife Joan for speaking to me, and to @EDP24 and @David_Powles for publishing.
I'll be donating to @NSFTCrisis in his memory, and you really should too if you believe in improving mental health care in Norfolk and Suffolk. I have no doubt it is what he would have wanted.
