let's not forget that a24 didn't release any information about minari for SEVEN (7) months following the movie winning the two biggest awards at sundance, they slacked on awards campaigning for their stars, unnecessarily staggered release dates, and so on
watching minari's inception from the cast announcement until now is why I can never take a24 stans and film twt seriously. they really dropped the ball and made so many ridiculous mistakes with the rollout of this movie (like they have with other movies featuring nonwhite leads)
