4 Lessons From The Latest @LifeMathMoney Podcast

/Thread/
1. The easiest way to eat healthy is to not buy unhealthy stuff for your fridge.

If you get hungry and crave some sweets but you disciplined yourself in the grocery store, they won't be there to eat when you feel the urge.

So, don't buy groceries on an empty stomach.
2. Modern society promotes weakness in everybody.

Be better than that.
Think for yourself and don't fall for the programming.

Being outraged isn't cool.
Being weak isn't.
Step the fuck up.
3. Anyone who needs a resolution to do something is not going to do it. If they wanted to do it they would have already done it.

Stop procrastinating and saying ''I'll start by XYZ moment." You're bullshitting yourself and you know it.

It's a bad habit. You need to cut it out.
4. Expecting perpetual perfection is not good.

It's okay to break a streak sometimes, as long as the general trend is in the right direction.

Skipping a workout or having a cheatmeal once does NOT mean you should then abandon ship.

Just get back on the horse and try again.
