The most exciting work my organisation does are cultural audits of organisations using our unique scientifically & culturally validated cultural competency tests. 3 tools have been validated & have Aust norms. It gives us capability that doesn’t exist globally.1/7
These tools are used in 4 main ways that provide significant opportunities; 1. to determine whole of organisation cult competence capable of determining causal relationships with organisational outcomes being captured (e.g child removal rates; incarceration rates etc)3/7
2. To track cult comp over time. We can undertake trend analyses to track these as a measurable
Reconciliation Action Plan.
