Hired a first-line writer from Upwork but not sure how to train them?

These two things might help:

1. Get @THETYFRANKEL first-line course on Gumroad (PAID)

2. Reverse engineer how other cold-email agency owners are training their writers (FREE)

2. You need to find results with "job" in the URL

These are the people hiring first-line writers and have systems in place to train them.
3. Open all the job results one-by-one and read their description.

You will find many people have shared loom videos links.

These videos have content explaining how to research your prospect and write great first lines.
4. Make a list of all these loom videos.

Now, you& #39;ve to watch each video and make notes.

By the time you& #39;re done watching all the videos, you will have an outstanding guide on training writers on how to write amazing first lines.
5. Use this guide to build a training system of your own with videos and detailed SOPs.

Whenever you hire a new writer, refer them to this training system and you& #39;ll save hundreds of hours in training.
