My report extensively explains how MCCD reports should be recorded during COVID/otherwise. And points MCCD by @shalbyhospitals didn& #39;t list the immediate cause of death, underlying cause of death NOR stated that the patient was COVID19 positive. @MadhviSally & family can confirm
