Quick thread since it's impossible to actually write that down in ~80 characters or so.

1/ One striker + two wingers. He should stay central w/ flexibility, but most importantly, he has to be accompanied by two wide wingers for proper occupation of space (Base of the JdP) https://twitter.com/XaviGelledHair/status/1386598959137886210
2/ Pinning defenders.
The so-called #9 has to always move, may it be inside the box or a bit in front of it, depending on the situations. He has to be able to make runs in the box - even if it's not to receive the ball himself, but get it to others. He distracts from the wings.
3/ Hold-up play.
The CF needs to have ball retention. He needs to be able to dribble - obviously. That in itself has to create superiorities, or help others create superiorities (see 2/, above). Technical skill is an absolute priority to elevate the attractions.
4/ Adapability accoring to situations.
Flexibility first. If the winger, or any player comes inside the box, he needs to understand he might have to shift to the wings according to the situations. He has re-asses, adapt and re-interpret the situations according to the change.
5/ Decent scoring ability.
As the name suggests, a striker...scores. He needs to know when to shoot and when to pass, when to be selfish and when to be unselfish. He needs to not be afraid to shoot, but not overdo it.
6/ Bonus: Pressing.
Ideally, with all of those mentioned, the striker would be absolutely complete if he can press well enough, and in extraordinary cases, a lot. Pressing intelligently, by blocking passing lanes and exerting mental pressure, errors will be forced earlier.
This is what I think of a perfect ST/false 9. In both cases, he needs two wingers out wide that can adapt each according to the circumstances.
