Your image is blurry because of Camera Shake.

How to fix it?

-You need to make your shutter speed greater than your focal length.
E.g shooting with 50mm lens, your shutter speed should be greater than 1/50
-Hold your camera well
- Turn on image stabilization
- Use a Tripod
Motion blur
This is when your subject isn’t completely still and you see their movements in the image.

How to fix it?

- Use AV mode (Shutter priority mode) and select shutter speed to can freeze the motion.
- Shoot from 1/200th or more to freeze motion if on manual mode
Depth of field

This is when some part of the image is sharp and the rest blurry.

How to fix it?

- Shoot a larger f-number
F-number is how we describe Aperture.
With a larger f-number (f6.0) more things will be sharper in the image than at f1.2
Missed focus.

This happens a lot when your using a faster lens.
A fast lens is one that it’s Aperture opens at f1.2.

How to fix it?
- Use a single focus point every time you shoot.
- For portrait, place the focus on the eye.
- Use a larger f-number e.g F10
Lighting

Lighting can make you image look blurry especially if you’re shooting in low light situations.

How to fix it?
- Use external light
- Use a camera body with low light capabilities.
- Invest in good lenses
