When you wake up today doesn't matter for this challenge so if it's 2am for you, don't worry. Alright, don't take ANY naps today, stay awake the whole time. Coffee is allowed, and so are other caffeinated beverages.
Have a positive outlook on the day, and stay as positive as you can. Obviously, if something horrible happens you can be sad, and I can't control your emotions, but try to look on the bright side of things the whole day.
Indulge in some activities that you enjoy without feeling guilty. If doing your hobbies is hard for you, think of it like this. You have your whole life ahead of you, working hard the whole time won't benefit anyone. Use some time to do what you love, recharge the batteries!
Alright, a little bit of math but don't worry it's easy. To warm up your brain it'd be best to try to do it in your head, but you can use google or a calculator if you want. Take your weight in kilograms and divide it by 2. That's how many ounces of water you need to drink today.
Space out the water, don't just chug it all in one go, that's not healthy. Now, go outside and get some exercise, whether it's walking a few miles, or running a few hundred meters, get exercise. Obviously, a bit more exercise is good, but if you don't wanna do too much that's OK.
Reduce noise in your day, turn down your radio, lower the volume on your phone or speakers or whatever, try to listen to fewer things with high volume today.
Don't go in your room until there's 7:00 pm, try to change it up, watch tv in your living room, or dining room, or somewhere else.
Do your work today. I know some of y'all don't do your work at school or at your job, or at least you don't do all of it. Instead of sitting back and ignoring everything, try paying attention.
Walk tall today, I want you to be standing straight, sitting straight, no arching your back today, posture is good.
Drink water BEFORE your coffee. Not even exclusively for this challenge, every day.
Go to bed at 9:00 pm, and set a timer for 4:15 am, 4:20 am, 4:25 am, and 4:30 am.
Bookmark this thread, when you wake up come back to it and tell me how you felt during the day, and how you feel the morning you wake up. I'll be posting my results too.
