There has been no consideration of the impact this has on my right to political speech. No consideration of the lawfulness of such recordings under data protection law.
I have asked Wiltshire explicitly and repeatedly when I will be arrested for my continued ‘escalation’ - will it be after I deliver my talk at an International conference perhaps? When I talk about the risk to children of the affirmation pathway?

They have never replied.
I was told that in February my complaint about being maliciously reported was being investigated at the highest level. I have heard nothing.

Perhaps the police may respond a little quicker to a letter from the Home Secretary.
And all because we were told there was one minority group who may not be criticised or challenged - any mention at all in fact, in less than laudatory or celebratory terms would mean you risked your job or being reported to the police.
Enough is absolutely enough. There are tensions between women and trans rights. There are conversations we need to be having about medical intervention regarding children.
We either have these conversations like adults, without needing to involve the courts or the police every 5 minutes - or we carry on as we are. The end result will be the same - we WILL talk about this - it will just be more painful and cost a lot more money.
It is utterly shameful that women such as @joannaccherry have been subjected to threats of sexual violence and a continued smear campaign from political rivals for nothing more than these simple truths. https://twitter.com/joannaccherry/status/1359921849619140614
But there are many of us. You can’t arrest us all. You can’t sack us all. You can’t drive all of us off social media. Hopefully when the Hate Crimes Guidance finally dissolves, a very important weapon in the armoury of suppression will be lost.
