Also, many people have corroborated the messages sent in Destiny& #39;s server. It was a *public* server. Do not let that fact fly over your head. This has all been independantly verified by many, many people, all obtaining the same outcome
SDL wants to claim the "proving a negative" point, but that is not how these sorts of things work. Circumstantial evidence is extremely strong, and there is an abundance of that, but there is an abundance of direct evidence regardless.
Do you think "proving a negative" would work as a defense strategy in court? "Your honor, I can& #39;t prove I wasn& #39;t there.." Well, you can prove you were there, and direct + circumstantial evidence all corroborates that.
It is an extremely weak argument, and instead of making a case he& #39;s just trying to play weak strategies to justify the predisposition of his fanbase to forgive and forget, legitimizing their faux blindness.
Also, SDL has been cancelled for transphobia quite a while ago, and I don& #39;t forget about that. I can not find the screenshots of his previous cancellation, as it appears many of the accounts involved are suspended. If anyone has them, please post it under this thread.
