1 tsp instant yeast (6g)
Mix it a bit bcs we're using instant yeast !
Add the rest of dry ingredients:

3¼ cup all purpose flour (450g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
Mix until combined
Let it rest for 20 minutes, uncovered
