i deleted twitter to focus on these last few days of classes but i 𝐡𝐚𝐝 to come back real quick to say: professors should be bending over backwards to accommodate their students right now. period. how can you justify not accepting late work during a pandemic?

why is everyone so determined to hold onto these archaic, backwards, elitist, cruel structures of academia when the entire foundation of school has changed? we’re not on campus! we’re in the real world! we’re completing assignments in our childhood bedrooms! what’s not clicking!

idk i don’t think i’m in the right space to say this succinctly ... but this dystopic capitalist society that is so dead set on institutionalizing us to ultimately create more capital for the upper class ... at the cost of BOTH our physical/mental health ... might not be right.

well this is blowing up. wasn’t expecting that. i’m kinda goin thru a rough time right now financially (on top of school beating my ass), so if you have anything to spare, i’d deeply appreciate it.
