My husband had almost no side effects from Pfizer #2. He knocked off work a little early and went to bed pretty soon after dinner.

I have friends who had zero side effects other than a sore arm. https://twitter.com/GalvinAlmanza/status/1386395715442778114
All that said -- what this is clearly at least partially about is uncertainty, and people who may not be able to take a sick day. One very straightforward solution is walk-in second-shot clinics, with open-ended scheduling.
So that people can just go get their second shot when they know they'll have a day off the next day, just in case.
Also, I'd love to see some pressure put on employers to offer paid time off for people getting vaccinated. I'm fine with either carrot or stick approaches, or a combination, but employers need to get the hell on board with "of course we want our staff vaccinated!"
Walk-in clinics for J&J, now that we're giving that one again, are also a great solution, since that's one and done, and also has less sensitive storage requirements.
But at this point in the rollout, in the US, it's time to start asking, "okay -- we know there are people who would LIKE the shot and haven't gotten it yet. What obstacles are preventing them from getting it? How can we remove those obstacles?"
This is also worth noting. I think I got my second Hep A shot like a year later. https://twitter.com/notdred/status/1386491121744896003
Most two-dose adult vaccines are not happening for an ongoing global pandemic so it's easy to procrastinate.

92% showing up exactly on time is still pretty damn amazing.
The American Rescue Plan has tax credits for employers offering paid sick time for vaccination!!! I am delighted that President Biden was already on this problem. https://twitter.com/veronicayes68/status/1386492971860779012
Anyway. I am hoping that as we move out of the part of the vaccination rollout where people will drive six hours each way, twice, and into the part of the vaccination where we get the people who really CANNOT do that, that we think creatively about outreach.
Since I'm now fully vaccinated, I've been wondering if any of the people I know personally who aren't vaccinated yet would be able to get vaccinated if they had a ride, or some babysitting, or something else I could provide. https://twitter.com/sosomanysarahs/status/1386494596788613125
