* Some people are happy with simple meals that don& #39;t require much time to prepare. Or, simply don& #39;t have the time or mental bandwidth to spare.

So, if someone decides they want to try and achieve that with keto, and feels it& #39;s a good fit for them, let& #39;s try to get them the information and resources they need to make it happen and see if it will work for them according to their needs and preferences.
So far I& #39;ve generally been very happy with those in the keto community who are always willing to offer support, advice, free resources, and overall a desire to do what they can for someone else in need.
