It’s not an IP issue or a manufacturing capacity issue, or a technology transfer issue. It is all of those things at once. And while boosting capacity in “developed” world is great, we should be working w fierce urgency to do the same in “developing” world.
We’ve made like a billion shots so far. We need literally five times that amount just for Africa and Latin America. That means let’s get capacity up everywhere. Congress has appropriated billions of dollars for this already. We just have to start spending it.
