Hina did nothing wrong.
I wanna talk a little more about the final part for a bit, because the conversations I& #39;ve had today show that fans, to me, are jumping the gun on Hina& #39;s role, fearing or believing that Blue Box will turn into a love triangle or some form cheap conflict.
And I& #39;m here to say right now, I don& #39;t think that& #39;s the case at all.

A love triangle sounds much more likely if you ignore anything she& #39;s done in the story thus far, and also only operate on past bad experiences of whatever romance series...
...which, while I get the concern, is not really reliable when the whole story& #39;s here to be looked at again. Right now, what can be seen is she& #39;s starting to get a sense of what Kyo said to her earlier, that they are good for each other.
A main difference, however, is that Kyo& #39;s is more based on their strength than their connection, which is what Hina is actually witnessing here.
Remember that Hina immediately judged Taiki as hopeless in pursuing Chinatsu, but he& #39;s managing to make conversation with her all on his own. He& #39;s not as hopeless as she thought.
It is pretty clear that she doesn& #39;t see Taiki in a romantic light, with her constant teasing about his struggles with a certain basketball senpai. She& #39;s more of a loyal friend, who greatly admires Taiki& #39;s tenacity, and wants to be relied on for all his love troubles...
...as the self-proclaimed love guru. I get more of an impression that she enjoys seeing lovebirds than being one herself.
And most importantly...Hina& #39;s into guys like this.
Of course, I could be totally wrong, but there are much better ways to go about introducing something like a love triangle than this, and I feel people aren& #39;t really thinking about this with tact.
I& #39;m looking forward to finding out what Hina gained from this and how it informs her future actions. Because she very much gets now Taiki& #39;s serious about doing this.
On that note, I wanted to point to two theories for conflict that could actually work really well in the story, should they happen.
1) Earlier, Taiki assumed that Hina would spread his secret to everyone after being told, and doesn& #39;t want her to know a thing. But is she really like that, or does he just not trust her enough?
Something that could happen is Hina feeling betrayed because he lied to her but was able to tell Kyo without trouble, it doesn& #39;t give a good message about their relationship. It& #39;s clear that he& #39;s not completely comfortable with her yet...
...but this can be worked around by talking just like before with Chinatsu, so Taiki can be honest and Hina can show that his secret will be safe. I think this is likely to happen.
2) Taiki& #39;s becoming more independent and closer to Chinatsu could sadden Hina because she wants to be relied on and doesn& #39;t want to lose this relationship they have and doesn& #39;t want to be left behind once he possibly succeeds.
It works really well for demonstrating that jealousy doesn& #39;t necessarily have romantic intent behind it, that boys and girls can simply have platonic relationships and conflicts in them...
...but also the question of whether Taiki can balance his connections, knowing that the people that care about him value that greatly.

Either way, we& #39;d get a great exploration of their relationship! Woo!!
In a nutshell, I& #39;m not really worried at all. Part is to blame on me reading scans and getting a different image from the start, even so, Hina is not that shallow and I feel that was missed too quickly.

But, well, what do you think?
