How be good at art

Want help... that isn't just "practice" or "don't compare yourself"
Like of course practice but I hate everything I make and whats the point when you get no satisfaction?
And I cant not compare myself because THATS what I wish MY art looked like! I want to draw like that!

Like HOW do you practice and enjoy it or not find it tedious? I cant draw 50 hands at different angles. Its annoying. Its not fun. I cant draw something and then just hate it after. Its discouraging and frustrating.

And don't say take a break because I hardly ever draw!!!!!!!!! Its SO RARE that I can make myself do it. I'll go months between trying to draw and ill end up erasing it all after cause I hate it. I can never get the shit right so its frustrating af
