The Full Moon in Scorpio takes place at 7°, one of the brightest lunations of the year. Energetically potent, this Full Moon pulls up deep memories from our past that lie within our bodies & calls for a deep re-working of our values. Ultimately, it is the undressing of our ego.
With the involvement of Venus, Mercury and Uranus by way of the Sun, in Venus’ nocturnal domain of Taurus, this Full Moon brings with it a surge of energy that forces one to acknowledge the ways in which the body moves and acts. Understanding where intent lies is cathartic...
As it allows us to recognise how unconscious most bodily movement is.

Activating the Taurus - Scorpio axis is innately overwhelming, as there is a need to suddenly communicate with the source of ones power and bring it to conscious light.
That means being able to burrow through years of experiences the ego has used to build up mechanisms of defence that you act upon on a daily basis. It’s recognising that to move forward, ones needs must be constantly met, but that our needs are constantly evolving just as we are.
So this Full Moon asks for recognition of the past and how concurrent previous versions of us actually are within our present self. It’s understanding the value systems built from childhood, stemming from the first form of intimacy we ever experienced.
whether that be our mothers touch or the figure within our lives that took on the role of our guardian.

Activating the Taurus-Scorpio axis is reconciling with our own power because it’s knowing that you get to analyse yourself in a way that transforms the very nature of self.
Now you have a chance to understand use of your time thanks to the square to Saturn in Aquarius the Sun & Moon are making. That within your day, you reconcile and challenge your ownership of your autonomy by the small actions you decide to take.
How autonomous are your daily actions if they’re the same actions you’ve been taking since childhood? Your teenage years? Since you’ve been conditioned to? Are your daily actions ‘right’ because you’ve been lead to believe they are, or because you’ve determined them so?
This Full Moon is asking for deep alignment by way of reconciliation. The Moon is in its fall, yet illuminated and strengthened by its trine to Mars who currently sits in the Moons home of Cancer. This watery energy calls for consideration of how far stretched impact can be.
That half of the actions you take, half the facets of yourself you’re forced to face are not even a product of you - they’ve been continued through cultural and ancestral conditioning. While they strengthen your identity, they also take you away from your autonomy and Spirit.
So as you undress the ego, you’re forced to consider the responsibility of self that arises when you come in contact with all versions of you that have existed.

How are you going to celebrate them instead of repressing them? How willing are you to hold space and not shun them?
It’s an intense time, but in the dark space of Scorpio life itself can be birthed. This is where you get to choose how you rise from the ashes, and how you get to use those same ashes to provide fertile ground for the seeds you’re set to sow for the person you’re working toward.
This Full Moon is ownership, and recognising control of self and the body’s actions can be formed through compassion.

The body is memory. Use them as your resources and tools. You are the architect of your growth.
