Most Restaurant Kitchens are equipped to handle only 60% capacity and hence really struggle to manage the 1 hour peak peak hour demand. They cannot have resources keeping in mind this 1 hour as they will idle during other times 2/3
Ditto Hospitals are set up to handle lot of normal patients and a few critical ones - even the best
They are not equipped to handle 50-70% Critical Patients

2. A Fire Extinguisher
3. A Wheel Chair
I see most run to the neighbour for Burnol when in need
