How do they do this?
Using warehouses around the country, where we send our product to.
As FBA sellers we provide Amazon with the product, where they then house, pick, pack, and ship it when a customer places an order.

There are two different ways to sell on Amazon, FBA and FBM.
FBM = Fulfillment by merchant where you ship it directly to the customer when an order comes through.
Most sellers prefer FBA.

By outsourcing picking, packing, shipping and customer service, you have more time to focus on going out and hunting more product.
You save time that would be spent fulfilling individual orders as they come in.

Additionally, you benefit from what is called the Prime bump..
The prime bump is the difference between the going price for FBM and FBA products on a listing..
Customers LARGELY prefer to buy with the 'prime' badge for obvious reasons including trust and shipping time.

So they tend to pay more, some cases 10-20% more!
Also, Amazon favors prime listings in the buy box
The buy box is basically the "buy it now" section of Amazon's streamlined check out process.
