Tasks are a very simple concept. You take an order and translate it DIRECTLY into solving the mini-game. Sometimes there is no easy solution. So you engage in what's called "giving up". However, doing this in a sloppy way can RUIN a game of Among Us
Exhibit A on why the people making Among Us should be fired. This is not a mini-game. Its not real. its poorly designed and frustrating. In 10 years, or even now nobody will know what the fuck you have to do. This is lazy
Exhibit B is much much more explicit. Here we already have plenty of mini-games yet the staff decided to trash that to just make us wait around for no good reason. Let me to an actual mini-game, like drag and click the files. Again, hire actual developers. Or just stick to sus.
Exhibit C is more of the same. This is not Gameplay. I have been a Crewmate my entire life and this is just clicking some buttons. I'm sure the idiot who approved this was giggling like an idiot at how dank this "mini-game" is.
Why is this a problem? because if you want fans to buy a product , like for example Among Us Plushies. You have to deliver them an actual completed product. As of right now the superior version of this game will be Pretend.
