Crash went to dance in the rain and ended up discovering fish people? But it’s fine he’ll keep the secret.

Crash checks in with Jekl and helps bring her back around.

When Jekl starts crying after thinking of messing with Juan, Crash’s fish friend appears and offers her a pickled minnow.
She eats it.

When we wake up, there is an enormous, gel like substance. Crash thought it was water, so he went swimming and almost got stuck after feeling like he was being moved around. Jekl and Findrel assisted in pulling him out.

Thul is the only one who understood what this gel said on it’s way back into the ground: ‘For the Oversoul’.

We also see //all// the skeletons of the fish people. Crash is upset.

Thul says he should ask wind dad about it.

Everyone, simultaneously: .... wind dad?

Ammon and Crash decide that they should tell Findrel about the goblin - especially after discovering the barrel has been destroyed.

Turns out Findrel has known this WHOLE time. He is more interested in Gabby’s purpose.

Thronat is NOT having this. Regardless if things go good or bad, he does not want to be there.

Thul continues to move grain into the lamp to give to people later. He brings up the oversoul to his patron, who seems genuinely unconcerned about it.

He pops back out, procuring more wine.

Turns out that Jekl’s blood mixed with some wine can help cure Crash’s blight, who unfortunately chugs the half and half mixture.

Jekl and Ammon share a telepathic link to discuss telling Findrel about the Book.

Juan comes outside after realizing he’s inside alone with Thul. He sees Ammon and Jekl making Prolonged Eye Contact, Crash on the ground resembling a cat hacking up a hairball, and Findrel patting Crash’s back.

‘So what’s up’

In the meantime, Crash’s color returns and he’s back to his usual bright and highlighted saturation.

At this point, Jekl and Ammon start bringing up the Book to Findrel.

Findrel doesn’t know much, but he does tell us that he knows 4 books protected by their respective churches.

That’s just about it on the subject.

We finally decide to start traveling again, eventually coming across a church that Findrel has been headed towards. He seems overly cautious about the church, so Jekl and Crash consider sneaking inside to scout.

We leave Juan to take care of Thul, and Thronat will also keep an eye on them both. Findrel is GONE.
