Note: you can vehemently oppose Caitlyn Jenner in her race for California governor without misgendering her, deadnaming her, making fun of her looks/voice/whatever, or expressing any borderline transphobic jokes/commentary. She sucks because her views suck, not cuz she's trans.

I can't stand her. She's one of the worst LGBTQ celebrities, far as I'm concerned, and her conservative viewpoints do not help the trans community. I'm also upset about her running because I KNOW people will be cruel and it'll hurt others.

If you make transphobic jokes about a person you don't like, your trans friends are gonna hear that.
