Back in 2017, Senator Oh, whose problematic ties to CCP proxy groups should need no further explanation here, introduced an amendment to Bill C-6, itself an act to amend Canada’s Citizenship Act, to allow minors a formal pathway to apply for citizenship. 1/11
Previously, minors could be granted citizenship without parents with a waiver from the Minister responsible for immigration.  https://www.utschools.ca/blog/content/senator-victor-oh-visits-uts 2/11
Who were *the first* youth to take advantage of this new pathway? Then teens Zhuo and Nuo Chen, whose parents' application for citizenship, a year prior to Senator Oh's amendment, was rejected despite their having landed in Canada in 2012. http://www.thelegendsmedia.com/hua-yi-wei-cheng-nian-yi-min-xiong-mei-du-li-shen-qing-gong-min-cheng-gong-ru-ji-cheng-wei-jia-na-da-guo-ji-fa-xiu-gai-hou-di-yi-pi-shou-hui-zhe/ 3/11
Anything compelling about the father worth mentioning here? Chen Zhanhong (陈占红) is an officer with the Henan Association of Canada—one of the many CCP proxy groups operating unrestricted in Canada—and his mother talks policy, patriotism, propaganda and other duties... 4/11
with United Front Work Department officials, from the CCP's political warfare bureaucracy, in her home in Henan province.

The Henan branch of the UFWD has also reported on Chen's work in Canada last year in the CCP political warfare push to scoop up all available PPE... 5/11
...in Canada for CCP use in China; by one official account, Chen reached out directly to the UFWD and personally donated $10,000 to the UFWD's COVID-19 effort; the CCP's political warfare arm even held a ceremony for Chen in China in his absence. 6/11
Anything worth mentioning about the Henan Association of Canada (HAC)? Like other CCP proxy groups operating in Canada, it seeks to align itself with Canadian state power wherever possible—government officials and, in this case, the Toronto Police Service. 7/11
Many of us are already familiar with HAC founder Shenglin Xian, best known for bribing PM Trudeau back in 2016 to (successfully) win Xian's Wealth One Bank of Canada licence to operate in Canada. 8/11
Xian was also involved in the 2015 operation linked to China's Ministry of State Security to launch a new pro-CCP media coalition in Vancouver that was largely the original impetus for the Plan200 project. 9/11
Remember how Oh created a loophole for children of a known political combatant after Chen's citizenship application was rejected? Other changes brought into effect with Bill C-6 include removal of a clause allowing Ottawa to revoke citizenship from any newcomer who... 10/11
was previously part of an armed force of a country or organised group engaged in conflict with Canada, and removing the requirement new Canadians at the very least reside in Canada after gaining citizenship—tools of incalculable value for the CCP. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2017/06/bill_c-6_receivesroyalassent0.html ///END
