My observations
1. Tachycardia and thrombocytopenia in OPD is a bad sign.
2. Obese and diabetic can worsen any time in second week even if CT on 6th day has low score.
3. Improving lymphocytes, leucocytes and platelets suggests recovery.
4. Platelets improves first.

5. Vaccinated sick patients improves faster.
6. Steroids alone is as effective as steroids plus ramdesivir. I have reduced use of ramdesivir to 30% only.
7. Methylprednisolone is better for lungs than dexamethasone.

8. Faint ground glass opacities even with very high CT scores improves only with steroids.

9. Dense opacities with high scores requires ramdesivir as well along with steroids.

10. Hypoxia in a residual fibrosis responds to spirometry.
