Want to perfect your morning routine?

The hours from 5-11am is where it all happens.

Millionaires are know for having excellent morning routines.

If you get your system right for this period you can achieve your goals.

Night before:

Go to bed on time to get 8 hours sleep.

Intermittent fasting cleanses the body.

Adding a fast from the evening meal of 12-16 hours is very beneficial.
5-6am

Hydration:
Get your body back in balance with water after 8 hours of sleep.

Meditation:
Connect with your inner self and look for peace.
Breathwork is also encouraged here.
6-7am

Reading:

Successful people read for 1-2 hours a day.

Read what you enjoy.

Non fiction or self improvement is best in the morning.

Learn to speed read to increase your content intake.
7-8am

Exercise:

Find an exercise routine that you enjoy. You’re more likely to be able to maintain it consistently.

A mixture of cardio and weights is ideal.

Gym or solo at home find what suits your lifestyle.

Personal trainer or expert guidance recommended.
8-9am

Cold Shower:
Flush the blood through your system with 2 minutes under cold water. The endorphin rush after is worth it.

Dress:
Keep it simple. Try and have a similar outfit everyday to make it efficient.

Travel/Setup for work:
Minimise this.
9-11am

Deep Work:

These are your key hours of work.

Identify the 3 most important tasks of the day and get them done in this 2 hours.

Remove distractions.

No email, phone calls or meetings here.
11am

Reward yourself with a healthy breakfast followed by a walk and some time in nature with sunlight if possible.

You’re now ready to go about the rest of your day.

Play around with your daily habits to find a system that fits your lifestyle, family and friends.
