[SATIRE] Cost of developing a vaccine: Zero. A vaccine contains an inactive or a weakened form of a virus, which is anyway available in plenty.

Virus can be weakened by rotating them in centrifuges at high speeds so that they develop viral vertigo and act like drunk journalists.

Cost of manufacturing a vaccine: Zero. Since the entire manufacturing is automated no labor cost is involved.

The raw material is a weakened virus, and the virus is air-borne. Hence, it could be obtained by airlifting the virus from er...air and putting it into vials. So, zero.

Cost of storing and transporting a vaccine: Zero. The vaccines have to be stored in refrigerated containers. The vaccine companies can collaborate with Amul so that they're not only stored in a cool place (in ice-cream containers), but also reach all over India (with ice-cream).

Cost of infrastructure: Zero. Manufacturing plants already exist. Road and Rail network already exist, thanks to the stellar work done by the Congress government and the British. At the most the cost of glass vials should be considered, but then sand is available in plenty. Zero.

Summary: If Amul can sell a 30ml cup of ice-cream at Rs. 5, then a 10ml vial of vaccine should cost Rs...5 divided by....well, less than Rs. 5.

We demand that the vaccine be free, and that the govt. makes ice-cream free too.
