The rancid Wings will obviously pop up with a new twitter account. He's been suspended again for being nasty. This is a man Salmond obviously admires. This is one of the central gurus of Alba. And people ask why we dont like this, "Party of Independence."
Let's be clear. The three new parties of Independence announced over the past number of months, ISP, AFI & Alba, all traded on this flawed, but interesting idea of "max the yes." That tactic is interesting. And works in a different way in Australia, where parties ask people to
use their equivalent to a "list" vote for another party they feel would make good coalition type partners. Thats not what happened here. Three distinct parties, with distinct personnel and modus operandi emerged, telling people they were to be the lieutenants to the SNP Generals.
Each party, though, had a second issue that each try to deny or cover over in political clown make up. ISP are trabsphobic, hiding behind sex based rights; AFI brought on board people who have been involved in conspiracy theory, and a large swathe of people who smashed the left
in Scotland for a narcissistic misogynist's ego and Alba have accommodated both groups as dome sort of hibrid, taking on the language of the ISP, a pretence of left politics to assuage the rancid Solidarity folk but as a clear vehicle for Salmond, who has given the
mass rejection of women of him and independence during indyref1 tangiable traction re his own admission in Court. And add to this, the toxic mess of the support of this party by the worst aspects of cybernattery over the past nine years, and we have a recipe to reverse gains
made by the SNP/Green unofficial Scottish Parliament coalition.
Alba is, thank the stars, being roundly rejected by supporters of independence. We cannot let the soft yesses and noes feel that independence supporters see Alba, it's gurus, bloggers, vituperative tweeters etc

as anyway relresentative of what we see as a future independent country.
Alba is full of yesterday's narcissistic, divisive men, and politics and attitudes that are right out of the 1970's. Attitudes and politics that insult swathes of working class communities as they purport
Alba is full of yesterday's narcissistic, divisive men, and politics and attitudes that are right out of the 1970's. Attitudes and politics that insult swathes of working class communities as they purport
to speak for them. Alba does not speak for anyone only those who see independence as a religion. An identity. And they have all thrown this odentity behind a man who is a total liability for any progressive, feminist and inclusive new country.
What we should learn from Alba is that this online, shouty, nasty group is only 2-3% of our entire movement. That the Salmonds, Sheridans, Wings, Jeggits, Barhead Boys and Malky's really are not representative if our movement.
What to do when Wings pops up with a new account? Well he has a block list of thousands, so he'll be spending today applying that to some new account...His revenue falls without his enclosed block list bubble feeding him cash and time.
Take time to think, "this loud fool really is not about the creation of a new, inclusive, welcoming Scotland," and find positive people to group with.
Alba, hopefully, is the end of this foul group of people who thought they were the independence movement personified.

This group of people who include people who in 2015-16, thought it acceptable to have exclusive male panels (and who spat across social media at those of us who said this was unacceptable) and who now dare to say they are defending women's rights. This
group of people who thought it ok to excuse Stu Campbell' consistently nasty online unpleasantness. This group of people who rejected women's views in order to court the right. This group of people who felt it a good idea to court Putin and Bannon and take on their
wedge politics and conspiracy theorist faux news.
They don't have ownership of our positive, progressive movement. . They are no more than 2-3% of the electorate TOPS. (and I predict, this 2-3% is way higher than they will poll in May).
In May, vote for positive change.

Sorry if their are mistakes above

One last, hopefully error free tweet :
The left in Scotland have a saying. "Unity OR Sheridan."
The progressive Scottish Independence Movement must begin to realise, "Unity OR Salmond,, Sheridan, Wings et al."
These people divide us.
