Good morning! Going to run through some all time players for #RAS, starting with all time receiving yardage leaders from 2000-2020.

Going to use the team card for where they did most of their damage, so don't get offended if they stopped for coffee with your team, lol
One of the top Johnsons in this group is Andre
Often compared to, but rarely is that comparison anywhere close to the kind of player Anquan Boldin was.
Yes, tight ends, too. Witten might surprise folks with his numbers, but that's because he played for a million years and most only remember his last ones.
Ju-Li-Oooooooo
A rare receiver who went from stop to stop and was pretty great in each of them.
Another player who is often compared to, but always good to remember he was a 6th rounder who was thought of as "a decent returner prospect" at the time that nobody saw coming.
Twenty years from now we're still going to see people compared to Calvin Johnson as prospects.

Those comparisons will still be nowhere near valid.
Ocho's results probably surprise a lot of people as he was so good for so long.
A four time pro bowler, Roddy White is sometimes overshadowed by Julio Jones' legacy in Atlanta.
If he's small, light, and fast, he's compared to DeSean Jackson.

Jackson remains one of the only hits for wide receivers under 180 pounds, an extremely important note for the 2021 draft class where pretty much everyone is tiny.
Nuk has been pretty dominant over his career despite pretty much straight average measurables coming out.
Welker was a surprise hit as a UDFA, but would come to represent the prototypical slot receiver with his hands and quickness.
I recall Colston's athleticism being questioned fairly routinely back in the day, and though he predated this metric it's precisely why RAS was created.
Injuries have made this kind of profile a bit surprising in recent years, but early career A.J. Green was an athletic monster on the field.
TY had what we refer to as a 'straight-line athlete' profile, but he's done so much more than that on the field.
RIP Vincent Jackson, there have been few like you.

I am, however, a bit surprised with tight ends getting lighter that we don't see more compared to VJax.
I'm always a bit surprised when I'm reminded that Greg Olsen started his career with the Bears. His time with the Panthers was just so memorable.
Speed, quickness, and explosion, everything you want from a receiver his size. Sanders is another guy I'm a bit surprised we don't see more comparisons to.
Coles was another guy who bounced around a bit was still productive.
Jordy Nelson was among the players that inspired RAS as a metric. Though not a bad athlete by any regard, he was often spoken of as if he was some kind of hard worker overcoming his deficiencies.
Every member of the Gronkowski family measured out as an elite athlete per RAS.
Want a tight end you think you can develop into a star? Take an elite athlete.
Tate's profile often shocks those who've watched him as 'poor agility' is not something that shows up on tape.
Big, fast, and explosive are what you want from your bigger receivers.
And that's it for the players from 2000 on who are within the top 100 all time for receiving yards.

Hope you enjoyed!
