If you want to know what systemic racist copaganda looks like in Indy, it's being sponsored by @CICFoundation, @IUBloomington, @ndcbetterlife...

...and the @lillyendowment, who is so excited about community conversation their twitter is locked down.

What an embarrassing joke. https://twitter.com/MrWildstyle/status/1386130341149163527
Not one person in any of these Indianapolis pillar organizations thought to say:

"Maybe we shouldn't be funding nakedly police promotion campaign events?"

"Maybe if we use the the word "community" we should include some payers of 1/3 of the city budget and not just recipients?"
Gee, we wouldn't want to hurt any poor police officer's feelings asking them why they can't solve crime with 1/3 of the city budget now would we?

This is what systemic racism looks like, folks.

Organizations led by and full of white people doing exactly this kind of bullshit.
- Leaving community out of 'community' conversations.
- Promoting one-sided arguments of those in power.
- Pretending to be involved in finding solutions while actively investing in the opposite.
- Perpetuating the idea police should be involved in mental health issues at all.
For fuck's sake, people.

Tell me how any of this is making things better for Indianapolis residents?

Tell me how any of this NOT making things worse for our most vulnerable neighbors?
