The treatment of female characters in Shingeki no Kyojin, a thread.

Shingeki no kyojin has a lot of interesting female characters, but the ending literally shit on all of them. Each of these characters are interesting in their own way, but how they're being portrayed at the end honestly disgust me.
Mikasa Ackerman - I like the concept of her being a tragic character. It has good potential, but it is horribly executed. Mikasa wasn't given an arc and was treated as a plot device at the end.
Her greatest contribution was to decapitate Eren's head and kiss it so that Ymir can be cured from her stockholm syndrome.
Just when you think she's going to move forward, she's not allowed to move on from her obsession to Eren right until the ending. Seeing her being chained to Eren's grave for 3 years mourning his death is pitiful.
What are we supposed to learn from her exactly? Accept a men's mistreatment because they love you and you should be miserable for the rest of your life?
Hange Zoë - during the first 3 season we love her because she was passionate about her job. She cared deeply for her friends, had a sense of humor, was dense but incredibly smart.
Then she was made into a commander, she wasn't fit for that position but instead of making her grow she was reduced to an incompetent leader who usually complains to her dead comrade about why he made her a commander.
Pre-timeskip ruined her and the potential was lost because Armin needs to be the better option.
Annie Leonhardt - she's the embodiment of survival and adaptation, praised from her skills and her personality. A great villain and an anti-hero of sort, cold-blooded but had a soft side into her. She did what she had to do because it must be done in order to survive.
Again, the time-skip ruined her. She was made irrelevant and reduced her to Armin's girl. I'm getting angry now...
Pieck Finger - totally an underdeveloped character. She's loyal to Marley, her oppresor, just like what they expect her to be. It wouldn't really hurt to give her something right?
Oh wait she has a great ass when she crawls. F*CK that shit she's completely fan service.
Historia Reiss - personally my favorite, has an arc dedicated to her, mentally strong girl, was able to act against her own father, snap the protagonist out of her bullshit, has a great backstory that justified her personality, Krista being a facade was a beautifully done twist.
Again, the time-skip ruined her. She was sidelined for too long and was made to be a puppet head to the fascist at the end. Making the Royal Government arc absolutely useless.
A queen that got impregnated by a farmer, that is how the manga treated their female characters.
Ymir Fritz - a godlike being but a slave to a rapist king because she's in love with him. There's nothing more I can say about that.
Gabi is a male version of Eren but worse. Hitch is completely waifu fan service. Karina is a horrible mother who used her son for her benefits but is being portrayed as a good person because she apparently regrets being a horrible mother. Alma and Dina should learn from her.
I'm not saying that men from Shingeki no Kyojin weren't treated badly (especially Eren and Reiner), but their characters were butchered in a completely different way.

You don't see Jean being a slave to Mikasa right? You don't see Armin failing like Hange right?
The ending subjugated the women to a men's actions and desires, or made them just plain incompetent. Mikasa has to suffer for Eren, Historia carrying the burden of Eren's actions, and Annie being Armin's girl. I'll never comprehend what happened to Shingeki no Kyojin.
