in 8th grade, JIMIN used to dance poppjng and participated in a lot of street battles. he won a lot of them too on top of that.

JIMIN did hiphop for 5 years before enrolling as a modern arts. here is another video of him excelling those moves in the early days.

jimin then proved his skill in both hiphop and contemporary dance through Lie. yes, it is a hiphop dance which mostly consisting of locking and popping combined with contemporary elements.

additionally, we can't leave out his performance of Lie for the opening of bts' perf in MAMA. the way he could perfectly executed those moves while being blindfold will never stop to amaze (or us!).

one of the most unforgettable moment is his modern dance for the opening of this show. you can see his fluidity and grace when dancing reflects his soul. his dancing is exquisite, perfection in motion.

last but not least, the legendary I Need U performance in MMA 2019. the main point of the dance itself is the floating feeling. the use of scarf thats light-weight was difficult since it's easily tangled yet he was able to do this perfectly.
