And it was built way before they could even know about the universe. And if pangaea still existed where all continents were close to each other, they could have been like a key to access something. Like it'll create a light to the sky connecting all of them.

And it will show something that will blow people's minds off.

My continuation of the theory:

What if it opens a portal or an access for aliens to come here to planet earth when they are close to each other. And since the continents got separated, the portal hasnt been opened for a long time.

And what if there were aliens that were left behind here on this planet and because of the separation of the continets, they dont have any other choice but to rely on their fellow species on their planet to build a technology that could bring them back.

Because of that, the ETS (Extraterrestrial Species) improved their technology at a magnificent speed, sending messages/radiowaves, showing signs that there are life besides humans to people who work and observe space looking for other ways to fulfill their goal.

And what if those species that were left behind have the ability to shapeshift to anything even as a human roaming around this planet wothout us knowing. What if they had the ability to cope with any temperature and built a base at Antartica, the most uninhabited place on earth.

And what if the government already knew about this but kept it a secret since this blow people's mind.

And hired Men In Black to exterminate them to not interfere with their affairs and individual goals.
