I really missed the Koudelka & SH trilogy now...I remembered playing Koudelka as a super hard horror turn based RPG, but yet so pretty with charming music, as a kid. And today I just found out that the game was penned, directed, and scored just by 1 person (・o・)

I don't really remember much my experience playing Shadow Heart 1, but SH 2 was easily a masterpiece that I adore to this day (but one I don't really look forward to replay because of my OCD with that ring system). SH3 is flawed but gameplay and music wise it was awesome.

I can't really find games with stories and characterization like SH2 these days. SH2 cast was just that much -fun- despite the dark theme. Valkyrie Profile series was probably the last games that I played, ones with similar themes as SH in term of story.
