Well, I decided to curve the sacred sexuality course into a more of a “learn by example” by learning from me on how to love yourself. I didn’t know what that meant at first.
Love yourself? Like what eat food food and shop? Yes and no. How can you guide me to SL?

“Self Love” is more of a self care modality. It’s not narcissistic, it’s self-honoring. First off narcissism is making the self better whilst bringing others down, so no, it isn’t narcissism. Self love is tending you your needs. Tending to your soul whilst here on earth.

So many aspects of the self that have been denied due to self love. I discuss sacred sexuality and the body beautiful because that is the thought entrance to honoring the self.

I had an experience in which I was with another guy and we were sharing pictures on our phone. When he “slipped” a booty pic, I too decided to share my pics too. He then bashfully swiped up on his album to hidden pictures.

These hidden pictures evoked an energy of being embarrassed or taken shamefully. Kinda like a “let’s snap some pics but I don’t think I feel sexy in them” vibe. To me, I was enchanted, I wanted more. I am a supporter by nature, so empowering him came naturally.

He didn’t understand the feeling of freedom, by the reaction communicated by my sharing of my salacious photos. I encouraged him to explore & start an onlyfans and he raised a brow.
