sometimes i think about how at one point i was so mad at tubbos character for being flimsy and wishy washy with how he handled things but now that i think about it. it makes sense

like you look at those situations with a film of “this is fiction and it all goes one way and people stick to their views” but there are so many cases of “i’m not mentally strong enough to handle this if i follow my own views i have to make sacrifices if i want to make it out”

which yea can be dangerous to all parties but it’s a realistic way to view it at least from the way i see it. plus we don’t really know his internal dialogue as much as vilbur or ranboo, who were/are very vocal about their thoughts

idk maybe this is because i. see myself in tubbo in some lighting i get the compliance in the elections and the weight of the elections and the raw emotion in the nuke arc because no one taught him how to express himself, only to carry the weight he was given

anyways hiiii idk if this made sense i’m Tired but i have been thinking about this all day i think he’s swell

one last thing there’s also the “soft bee boy!!! awwwww!!!!!!!” expectation that people have for him so it made it so easy to underestimate him and i think at some points c!tubbo believed that he was nothing more than this gentle being that was only known for loving bees :(
