@RERAKarnataka the only reason I invested in @HILIFEGREENS in 2018 was because I had full trust in you, that this project was RERA certified. Now my hard earned money is being looted by this crooked builder. Please check this thread. @CMofKarnataka , @BBMPCOMM, @PMOIndia
In 2018 Feb, we paid booking amount for this under construction project HiLife Greens. RERA approval was pending. We waited till the project got RERA certificate in June 2018. Project delivery date in my sale agreement was Dec 2020 and in RERA certificate Dec 2021
In Dec 2018 we learned that the carpet area mentioned in the agreement is 1069 sq ft whereas now that they are printing brochures it has mentioned carpet area of 972 sq ft. We raised this concern with Hilife Ventures (Mr Ranganadh director then) about the discrepancy
To which the director replied, sale agreement had mistake. Nothing cannot be done now. Tear this agreement, I will get you new one. Also, going to RERA or court will not help as they are both in his pockets. He threatened that if we dont cooperate with the builder project suffers
In Feb 2019, Hilife Ventures sold my purchased flat (along with other 48 bonafide buyers' flat) to a third party named T Rajakumari (allegedly from Kumari builders). There is a a document VRT-6899/2018-19/1-43 as fraud
We learned about this in June 2020 from an anonymous whistleblower. We acted and sent email to Hilife Ventures seeking clarification on this. In Nov 2020 we sent legal notice to Hilife Ventures, to which the builder again threatened that going to court will cause us loss
The builder said that @RERAKarnataka and @CMofKarnataka are in his pockets and he can stay the project if we go against the builder in court. Also, he starts to now demand that an extra floor be created on top of planned structure because he is short on funds
By March 2021 we the buyers collectively are helplessly running behind police station at Varthur, Bangalore asking for resolution but nothing came out. Our hard earned money is at stake. We are paying EMI on homeloan and rent as well. Some lost jobs in COVID calamity
Now in April 2021, it is alleged that @HILIFEGREENS has signed an agreement with a new party Ecolife Developers and further to their lowness are building villas compound in the area dedicated to common amenities without informing us or taking permission. It is now further loss!
In summary, carpet area loss, project delayed, deviation being executed, our hard earned flat at conflict due to another sale agreement, UDS loss coming up, amenities loss coming up. All this under the nose of @RERAKarnataka as if builder has no fear of regulations put by later!
As an honest taxpayer and a diligent citizen we yet feel insecure and helpless. We are suffering extreme mental torture for our investment is being misused, we are still at pressure paying EMI and home rent because we dont have a home yet
